Team members who work at least 30 hours per week become eligible to enroll on the first of the month after 60 days of employment, with Gold, Silver, or Economy plan options. TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
We offer tuition reimbursement of $100 per credit hour, up to 5 credit hours ($500 maximum) per semester at a state-accredited college. Team members who have worked 500 hours and average at least 20 hours per week with a 2.5 GPA or higher can submit a paid tuition statement and semester transcript through their District Manager. Program terms per 5BP's Tuition Reimbursement document effective 7/1/2024.
