5. PRIZE

1 Grand Prize(s), each consisting of:

  • Four (4) tickets to the Washington Wild Things game on August 19, 2026 at Wild Things Park, Washington, PA

  • Field access to watch Curtis Granderson throw the ceremonial first pitch

  • A VIP on-field experience, including a photo opportunity

  • Signed memorabilia from Curtis Granderson

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $[AMOUNT]. Total ARV of all prizes: $[AMOUNT].

Prize Conditions

The prize experience will occur on August 19, 2026 only. Winner and guests must be available on that date; no alternate date will be offered. Failure or inability to attend on that date results in forfeiture of the prize in its entirety, with no substitution or compensation.

Winner and all guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue, parking, meals, lodging, and all other expenses not expressly listed above. No transportation or accommodation is included.

All guests must be at least [AGE] years of age. Guests under eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must be the winner or a member of the winner's party.

Winner and each guest may be required to execute and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, and any venue-required waiver prior to participating in the on-field experience. Refusal to sign will result in forfeiture.

The on-field experience is subject to venue rules, MLB and league policies, weather, and the discretion of the Washington Wild Things organization. If the game is postponed, cancelled, or the first pitch does not occur for any reason, Sponsor's sole obligation is to provide tickets to a rescheduled game.

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

The appearance of Curtis Granderson is subject to his availability and is not guaranteed. Should he become unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable element or a prize of equal or greater value.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 16, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner(s) will be notified by email and/or telephone at the contact information provided at entry, on or about August 16, 2026.

Potential winner(s) must respond within 24 hours of the first notification attempt.

If a potential winner: (a) cannot be reached after 2 attempt(s); (b) fails to respond within the required period; (c) declines the prize; (d) is found to be ineligible; (e) fails to return required documents within the stated time; or (f) is otherwise unable to accept or use the prize as stated — the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Potential winner(s) may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within 24 hours of receipt.

8. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and report the value to the Internal Revenue Service. Winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number for this purpose.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
